Institutions monitoring the lack of mental health services throughout the U.S. include the American Academy of Pediatrics, the American Academy of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry, and the Children’s Hospital Association. In October 2021, they presented details on the alarming rise in families seeking urgent children mental health services and urging legislatures at the state and local levels to do more.
While individuals and families continue to struggle after the pandemic they lack necessary resources and funding to seek such services. MHRCET provides an array of mental health support services to help those at no cost, thus, lessening the burden.
